Because Mills is located in the center of the San francisco bay area, we are offered a wide range of opportunities to expand our professional experiences. With a tech heavy concentration centered around Silicon Valley, Mills offers opportunities to work with important industries such as Google, Facebook, Netflix, Apple…. Mills college is also a place where we are encouraged in getting involved in discussion and actions for social justice. Internships are therefore also available to develop our skills in communication and grow as activists. Lastly, Mills prides itself with its close alumni network which always reaches out to current students and provides opportunities as well.
